eidospsogos
i personally go for anything upgradable. the light exoskeleton from yavin's pretty good. and as great as the specs on those heavier armors are, they were all just too ugly in my opinion especially cassus's. generally the best items in the game are the ones you come across with outrageous prices that you can never seem to afford at the time. but really by the end of the game the best of the best is at the yavin station. (excluding the gaudy mandalorian heavy armors's and calo's battle armor) of course let's not forget cassus's heavy pistol. an absolute must. from the first desk at korriban. the cns strength enhancer on dantooine was nice. geez don't get me going on this. i could go on forever. the dominator gauntlets, and the karakan gauntlets. (what was the belt that gave you +4 to all saves?) anyway, i don't want to keep rambling off items. there are really too many to list. as far as aesthetics and usefulness, i liked the light exoskeleton and darth bandon's fiber armor. i was a little disappointed in the jedi robes. don't get me wrong, they looked nice. it was nice to be able to play with a robed jedi after the jedi knight series. but seriously, the best looking robes found through out the game belonged to the dark jedi. while the best in stats, before the unknown world and the star forge, were qel droma's robes. so it was a tough choice. and i have to throw this in just for the heck of it. but though exar kun's light battle suit was not upgradable, and maybe didn't live up to it's name, it looked really cool. (but most of the armors designed on that model did as well, like the cinnagar war suit and the environmental bastion armor) anyway, i must stop now. you should be damned for even starting this topic. and you're a pit droid now my friend. time to change the signature. Jabbas WhOr3
Ive just bought the heavy exo at yavin, fully upgraded it and now it has a defense of 13, its black and has these light in it, awsome! What is cassus armour rating? The heavy exoskeleton one says it is just one step from being as tough as an armoured car. I also wore calo's armour for about 15 hours through, I hardly ever got a scratch! Its ssooo shiny as well I get dazzled.
idontlikegeorge
Fully upgraded, Cassus Fett's armor is 14 defense or something, and some other resistance ratings. Right now I have that on Canderous, and I have Calo's armor on Carth. For the player character, I wear the Echani Fiber Armor from Taris until I become a Jedi, then I don't use any armor... I'd rather use the Force speed line.
Samuel Dravis
Yeah, Master Speed + Force Armor + Master Valour = invincibility.

I wish I knew that when I decided to be a Guardian... BTW, the Stunning series can REALLY help you sometimes... But if you want my opinion on armors, Bastila's coolest armor is "none". *runs*
DeViNaR
the cassus fett armor is the most expensive item in the whole game...it gives a 10 defense points bonus and cold, fire and sonic resistance...it can be upgraded so it gives 14 points and 1 strenght point... On tatooine I used sand people clothing to get into their enclave. But I got caught and was brought to their leader, and they took our clothes off!! It was hilarious to see my party (including Bastila and Juhani) in their underwear

Remember when Bastila was being tortured in the Leviathan? She was in her underwear! Seeing her in underwear screaming "ARGH! ARGH!"... OMG...
