Occasional Video Issue - JA

Hope someone can help - I'm running JA fine, no problems, except...

 

Whenever I use Force Push or Pull, or when there's one of those bad guys who appears and disappears ('cloaked Cultist'?), my display jerks and judders horribly - presumably a massive drop in framerate...? The issue also occured on the mission with Wedge, placing the targeting beacons - it happened on most of the cutscenes of the X-Wing dropping its bombs.

 

Everything else is absolutely fine, but this is really frustrating. I've tried switching pretty much every option on or off, but to no avail.

 

Any advice would by MUCH appeciated!

make sure you have the latest patch (1.01) and latest drivers for your video card.

 

Another way: (From trouble shooting guide)

 

Update your monitor drivers.

try using this command in the console:

 

cg_rendertotexture 0

 

it turns off the push / pull bubble effect, this should help.
