something just happened. Now whenever I start Jedi Academy the screen flickers and is really slow. I see the lucas art symbol moving and then the screen goes all black and then the dude comes back again and this time hes got his saber out. and then the screen flcikers again and its so slow. this happens to all the screens. and then finally when I get to the menu I get frustrated even more. the whole thing is freezing i cant even move the mouse. I try and move it and after 5 minutes it moves. This happened ever since I got the new patch. So, I uninstalled the game (removing the patch) and reinstalled it without installing the patch.......hmmm........SAME PROBLEM!!!!

Somebody plz help.

In order to better assist you, we will need to know what kind of specs you have on your computer, like CPU speed, amount of RAM and what kind, what kind of video card and sound card you have, Operating system, etc. The best bet to start you off though is to make sure to update your video drivers to the latest version (53.13 for NVIDIA users and Catalyst 3.10 for ATI cards)

well, if you uninstalled the game that removed the patch and then re-installed without the patch, then there would be another problem since the problem is still there, even with the patch gone. Try uninstalling and use Regcleaner (use any search engine to download it) and use it to remove any broken links that the computer could still be using that could be causing problems. also try running defrag and disk clean-up and see if Intel supports any updated drivers for that chipset.
