Light/dark Force Powers

Hi everyone. I was wondering if you would move closer to the dark side if you choose to select or use dark side force powers when you are on the light side. (for example, if you are on the light side and you choose to use force storm or death field, will that gain you darkside pionts?) I know that it will cost more force points to cast if I do this. thx.

I wont give Dark Side points or anything. At least I havent experienced that yet. Anyways, I would recommend using Dark Side powers as a Dark Side Character and vice versa. It makes it easier.

no choosing force powers of one alignment does nothing to your alignment status. in fact if you are in the lightside and choose darkside powers it costs you more to use those powers. so clemme is very right in his suggestion.

Thx both, one more thing, do u have any recommendations of good light side powers? cause they all appear to be crappy when i read their descriptions...

yes you can. simply go to edit, and at the top of the page there is the option to check a box and click the delete now button.

 

as for good powers. force wave, which comes from force push, followed by force whirlwind is great. this is a universal power though. light side powers used in combination with one another can often make you nearly invincible. like say, master speed, force armor, and master valor. combine those and your nearly invincible.

 

the droid line of powers are good. as well as the stasis line. and for your main character i suggest moving affect into dominate mind as soon as possible. also absolutley do not neglect to give yourself lightsaber throw. you will regret it eventually if you don't.
