Trahern Valley
*multiplies that by 15* Given that they're getting up to 195975...dammit, can't find the pound sign on this thing...a month from this isle, how much of that would be going to the paychecks of the devs? Hm, I wonder how that would compare to how much they get from the rest of Europe, and the US...
Guest DarthMaulUK
Galaxies became one of the fastest selling games in the US..with 275,000 registered users within its first month, then it hit 300,000 within a matter of weeks. European sales have been very poor as Star Wars games don't tell to sell all that well but so far, Galaxies certainly is their worst performing game on the PC in the past couple of years. Numbers have shrunk now and rough guesses are that around 80-100,000 people have left the game which could be right - hence the new buddy scheme to encourage more people playing. I did the math a while back and SOE were raking in $3.3 million a month at the height of sales (taking an average $11 a month fee i think i did) DMUK
