I seem to keep getting an error everytime i try to open class.2da, appearance.2da, and portraits.2da. Though classpowergain.2da and featgain.2da open with no problem. If anyone could help that'd be great. Thanks.

These are the error details:

************** JIT Debugging **************

To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this

application or machine (machine.config) must have the

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

enabled.

For example:

<configuration>

<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />

</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine

rather than being handled by this dialog.

As with most troubleshooting situations, certain info is needed.

1. What is the version number of KT you're running?

2. How did you open the files you're having trouble with:

a) double clicking on the item in the tree under 2da.bif

b) opening from the file menu

c) opened editor from the file menu, the used open on the file menu within the editor.

3. Are the files ones you had extracted previously using KT? (In other words, you're not trying to open a text version of the 2da file in question; KT doesn't handle 2DA v2.0, only v2.b)
