Marcus(JSA)
Okay this one sounds easy but can you help? I am trying to make individual passwords for each admin person on my server, i.e. 4 Council and 2 Knight. According to another Forum all I have to do is repeat the: seta jp_councilPass "<password>" seta jp_knightPass "<password>" lines for each required password. This should not only be good for admins but it should be more secure, and any problems with a password can be corrected without causing any fuss to others. Problem: The above does not work for me. I set the passwords up, uploaded the new config, but only 1 Council and 1 Knight password is accepted by the system from the list! Any ideas? Can it actually work, if so - how? If not, why not? Kurgan
What mod(s) are you using?
Amidala from Chop Shop
That's JA+ 1.8 mod Kurgan. Marcus, you can have only one knight password and one council password. Whoever told you otherwise was wrong, as you have discovered. If you list any cvar multiple times the server will use the last one you listed (i.e. list it 4 times and it will use the 4th). I have 3 Jedi Academy servers with a total of 48 player slots. I have 0 subadmins.
