Jackel
why not just use the same damage type the flame weapons in the game already use ? this would be simpler then making up new ones
Kitty Kitty
Because the flame weapons that are in the game now use a spell, not simply a damage type. Using what's already been set up is a lot more complex than it would originally seem to be. I've toyed with it a bit myself, and it's being a total pain so far. =p -Kitty
JedI_XtRmIsT
yea i'm tryin to make an item or weapon that is a "flamethrower" or "cryostasis" (ice) type of shot or charge BUTi don't want to make my characters droids and i've been messing around with 2da ifles and other things trying to get them to work but all i can get them to do is have a fire or ice damage bonus which isn't what i want
Jackel
is the plasma grenade damage type in that damage type file ? maybe try that for the flame thrower , have it shot out a solid projectile that then explodes and cause plasma damage this should also then make the characters be set of fire edit before even posting : i was going to suggest the above , but all the grenades appear in the spells.2da aswell .. damn
