npc spawn

everyime i try and /npc spawn something, it tells me i dont have cheats enabled or some s***. how do i fix this? do i need to make a shortcut to the game with cheats on..and if so what is the command line?

Helpusobi 1 enables cheats.

devmapall also enables cheats

[TK-8252]

helpusobi 1 is the single player command to enable cheats.

 

For multiplayer, use /devmap <map name>. Don't use the all, just devmap seems to work better.
