Alegis Posted May 13, 2004 Share Posted May 13, 2004 Irfan view is not an editing program, its a GREAT image viewing program (with some effects) but you cant paint with it Try out trials from paintshop pro (from jasc software) or adobe photoshop trials (adobe.com) the first one is more limited than the other, but photoshop might be too hard to understand.. its not hard to make such banners though Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
