ANYONE wanting to use my textures, PLEASE read

I consider myself an easy going guy, so don't anyone take this the wrong way, I am not pissed or anything. when i first started modding here, i never let anyone use my textures, i wasnt very good with photoshop, and to produce anything that was decent took me SEVERAL hours. i have since gotten better at sharing my stuff,(somewhat) but i do ask one simple thing, if you want something, please ask FIRST. Again I am not mad, but this is what I mean: "I used Seprihtro's skin, and reskinned the black areas. I didn't have his permission" Thie skin metioned, was one of my first, it took 5 hours to make. And to be honest, putting this quote in a read-me, of a file that is already up for download, isn't really my idea of asking. I am not saying take it down, because it is all ready out, so why take it down? bottom line, I just would like to be ask before hand. i mean i have gotten better and will probly say yes anyway.

ok, your point is valid, but was a new thread really appropriate?

i understand if you are annoyed, i think we would all be but this rule has been stated many times and is in the forum rules sticky.

surely a simple PM to the offending modder would be more appropriate.

no need to remove anything, and doom i see your point as well, but i think you'll agree, the sticky rule thing is't getting the job done, i mean i'll admit it, I've never even glanced at it

aside from spamming go read the stuck threads or at least scan them before posting. Those threads are there for a reason.
