Hysteria Posted July 6, 2004 Share Posted July 6, 2004 I don't know if theres asimilar post, with the same problem, but I've looked before I posted to make sure. I've been playing Jedi Outcast online since November 2003, and have had no major issues with the game until now. Randomly since last thursday, the game cannot find any servers on the ingame browser, or connect to any games by IP. I have opened the ports on my firewall (UDP ports) and have run the game without my firewall operating. It does attempt to connect to the internet as i reinstalled the game, and my firewall asked if it should be allowed access. So, the problem is, it has access to the internet, but will not find, or connect to any games. Does anybody have any clue what it could be? Also, my clan uses a server viewer Q3px, and it won't let me view any games using that either. any ideas would be good at this point! P.S. Amidala from Chop Shop Posted July 14, 2004 Share Posted July 14, 2004 In addition to your software firewall, if you are behind a router it too has a firewall and the ports must be opened.
