Ockniel Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 hey, there is supposed to be the millinium falcon somewhere in AOTC, but I cant find it! does anyone know where it is?
coupes. Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 You have to look completely to the left of the screen when the ship carrying Padme and Anakin arrives on Naboo. The ship is not the Millenium Falcon, but looks like it. And I guess you need to have the widescreen version to see it, otherwise it would be cut off the screen.
Codja X Posted July 12, 2004 Posted July 12, 2004 Isn't it the Outrider? I know that appears at the end of ROTJ special edition during the Tatooine celebrations as well.
coupes. Posted July 12, 2004 Posted July 12, 2004 Originally posted by me The ship is not the Millenium Falcon, but looks like it. So it might also look like the Outrider, but I doubt it is.
Darth Talliusc Posted July 13, 2004 Posted July 13, 2004 in other words its a corellian yt-#### model. if i remember correctly the falcon was a modified (heavily) 1300 and the outrider was a modified 2400. probably not either of those two specific ships though.
Doomie Posted July 15, 2004 Posted July 15, 2004 that would be the least of the possibilities... what kinda ship is the Ebon hawk anyway?
Darth Talliusc Posted July 16, 2004 Posted July 16, 2004 the ebon hawk is a 24 meter long modified light frieghter of unknown design. it was designed (not in the sw universe but by the game designers) to be remeniscent of the millenium falcon. i wouldnt be surprised to find out that correllia wasnt a very important planet back then so im guessing its not a correllian model.
Sabretooth Posted July 18, 2004 Posted July 18, 2004 Originally posted by Doomgiver that would be the least of the possibilities... It was serviced, painted and filled with stuffed toys. Is that reasonable?
Codja X Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 From: http://www.theforce.net/episode2/hidden/index_pagetwo.shtml Millennium Falcon cameo Lucas himself sneaked in Han Solo's famous Millennium Falcon just to the left of the screen on the ground when Anakin and Padmé dock on her home planet of Naboo. "It was a subtle homage," the director says. When Anakin and Padmé arrive on Naboo, you'll spot three Millennium Falcons in the background and at the docking station. (AZ Republic, USA Today)
Codja X Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 I haven't confirmed this by the way. I just found it on theforce.net, so if it's false, blame them:)
coupes. Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 That's what I think... looks like it was sent by a random user too. Besides, I watched closely during this part, each time i watched the movie and never saw it. So if it's there it's pretty hard to see, therefore making it even harder to recognize if it's the falcon or not... so I doubt it is.
Codja X Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 Originally posted by .:CoupeS:. ...so I doubt it is. I second that, but if anyone can post a [non-photoshopped] screen showing where it is, we can close this thread and end the speculation. Consider the gauntlet thrown down!

Because The ships are indeed there, though they probably aren't THE millenium Falcon, they're the same ship style.
Codja X Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 Bingo! ET Warrior saves the day. Well that's put an end to this thread. CodjaX signing off...
coupes. Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 I do have the widescreen version... Ans I did notice some ships but they didn't look like correlian YT models to me... perhaps my tv isn't big enough or I should look even more closely

coupes. Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 well... I think I got it... I found a picture of the scene and I marked where they are... Like I thought, they're pretty small Now... if anyone can find the X-Wing and Tie Fighter as well as the '1138' I'll give him a cookie.
Codja X Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 I'm not sure where in Ep2 "1138" pops up, but here's a link where it's found in Ep1: http://www.theforce.net/episode1/hidden/hidden_stuff_page_12.shtml and a picture of: http://cgi.theforce.net/theforce/image.cgi?Image=episode1/newspics/hidden_thx.jpg
ET Warrior Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 I've SEEN the tie fighter and xwing, and THAT one is REALLY hard....and I know it's during the speeder chase through coruscant, but that's all I remember.
Sabretooth Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 I had heard sometime back that you can also find Slave 1 in EP1 and a Death Star miniature in EP2

Can't you also see the USS Enterprise during this chase? I'm pretty sure i've seen it in the Coruscant traffic somewhere:confused:
