editing force push and pull

I new to this forum but not to programming I just want to make force push and pull so you can use it as fast as the cultists can and make it so they don't take any force power to use

 

though I can't seem to find the right spot to edit in the w_froce file

um, in forcethrow you might wanna check out the bg_forcedrain line and handextened level + time.
