Not bad at all! Especially the screenshot from outside look very promising. The textures also seem to be of high quality.

 

However, the low amount of windows is quite disturbing. Now some parts of the building look like an old grain silo. And be careful with proportions. Some of your doors look like big hangar doors.

Can you please tell me what you mean by old grain silo and how i can change it, thanks

Yeah, I forgot silos are cylindrical... Anyway: Tall, yet narrow building, or in your case, part of the building, the outermost wings, without windows, just plain, smooth walls. Perhaps you just hadn't yet placed the windows and other structures over there.
