What happens is, someone figures out a way to duplicate money, in SWG's case, Galactic Credits. Exactly how it is done I don't know. If he has exactly 1 million credits, he tips you 1 million credits, and somehow still manages to stay in with 1 million credits for himself due to a bug when tipping someone (an example ) then that is money duping.
