I'm confused.

What's with the sudden pandemic hate? Everyone is complaining and boycotting the game and slandering Pandemic because they took out ANIMALS to lessen the lag? Jesus christ, what is this?

 

I honestly can't believe people are not wanting to buy the game because it has EU material, and doesn't have civilans running around Theed, etc. I'm sure Pandemic will make a version with all the glitter you want, but don't be mad when your PS2 blows up the second it boots the disc. There's limitations of what they can and cannot do and still maintain a playable game, so stop whining and be happy that such an awesome game is almost here.

I'm still not sure if I shall buy for PS2 or PC.

PC got the mods and better graphics, and PS2 got the big screens, not needing to install and better seatings.

I always go with consoles if I have the choice. Much simpler, plus the community always seems to be less "elitest". I hate hearing about how I just got pwned, or how I'm a n00b.

Ignore the idiots, I've seen this kinda thing happen before many game releases... SWG is an example, mostly everyone who play it hate it a lot but they just can't stop playing it (cough nerds-with-no-life cough)

Yeah, I guess you're right. But consoles are also good for listening to the 12-14 year olds get on and talk about how high/wasted they are while they play perfectly fine. Coincidence? Eh.

EDIT: OK, I finally figured things out, and have this to say. Who ever thought the game is going to be disappointing because of not having key features is a fool. Fools who got too hyped for there own good. The devs never mentioned anything about having some of the features, so why should people get mad at them not being there? The devs gave everything they promised, what more do they want? Its sad really. Although I was turned off by some of the features not being there, I quickly got over them after playing the demo thinking they have no place in there (Wampas, Han Solo, ect). The game is great on its own footing, and its doesn't need so much as these bells and wistles to be better. Wait for Battlefront 2, then these features will surly be added, for now, use what you get.
