44th MAC_Hawk Posted September 24, 2004 Posted September 24, 2004 Hi !! I have some severe problems getting the damn ded. server to work. It does install without a problem but after i did the settings and hit the start-button the small loading window appears and nearly directly after it closes again the server seems to go down. I can press the start-button again and the same **** happens again - loading window then back to start .... Anyone here who has some ideas on this topic ?? Btw. it´s a Win XP Pro server on a 100mbit con, with the latest DX installed I already tried to shut down the firewall but it didn´t help. Other games like Mechwarrior Merc or Söldner Secret Wars run without any problems. Thx Hawk
