MrDugg Posted November 8, 2004 Share Posted November 8, 2004 I just updated ZoneAlarm and now it causes my whole system to crash when I start the game. I re-installed SWBF and it does the same thing. Went through the help files and found out that ZA was causing the crash. Works fine without it running. But I don't really wanna play online without ZA. wwaaves Posted November 21, 2004 Share Posted November 21, 2004 you really don't need zonealarm running while playing. It takes up alot of memory so your game play might be slower. If your that worried about being online without a firewall, then get a router/switch combo with a nat firewall. You will be amazed at how much it helps with unwarranted attacks from outside.
