Pandemic said that "Jet Trooper EMP launcher reload time was increased", but that's wrong !

I've not noticed any changes while playing the game and using hex-edition...

Are you sure? If they didn't screw up, I'd say you might be confusing MP & SP...

I successfully found all changes made to the original *.ODF files by the 1.2 patch, except the EMP launcher reload time !

How can this fact be explained ?
