Kyle-Face-Skinning-Request

hello guys!

 

i am not very good at face skinning / replacement. so i hope i find someone here who could do me a little favour:

 

Could someone replaces Kyles face with the face from Russell Crowe? i looked everywhere on the net to find good high-res-refenceres from his face. but i only came up with this "good" shot:

next thing i tried was to get a remarkable view of his face:

and after a lot of tries, i couldn´t get a good skin with it

i would be really really really happy if someone could make me a good facial skin with it cause i need it for a project

the skinner would get credit, too.
