There's no such thing as a "Single Player version of SWBF." The game has both SP and MP. Whatever you got would not be a legit copy if it only has "Single Player."

The retail version contains a CD Key which I believe is required to install the game in the first place. Once again, if you don't have a CD Key, you most likely do not have a legit copy, and were ripped off.

This auction is for Star Wars Battlefront (PC Game, import retail version). Games are imported from Thailand, Italy, Ukraine, and Japan and have 2 selection choices for game play language: English and language of the origin. Game is brand new and comes in original CD case with English cover inserts, factory sealed (box and printed manual are not included). This version does not have access to online multiplayer play. Installation instructions are included. Any questions? Ask us before you bid!

Its a different version... It didnt even ask me for a cd key... also game runs without disc in it... Not sure if the Multi does it as well..hmmm

i paid 17 bills for it... im my opionin I got a deal...

I still don't believe there is such a version as you're talking about. I really think you got ripped off. I've searched eBay and googled for this "Single Player Star Wars Battlefront Import." It is most likely not a legal retail copy.

There is nothing you can do unless you buy a legal version that comes with a CD-Key.

From that right there, you do not have a legal copy.

The retail version of the game has SP and MP, and requies a CD key. The fact that it doesn;t need a disc also tells me that it is not most likely not a legal version.

Once again, there is nothing we can do, short of you buying a legal copy.

Contrary to what ur thinking there actually is one. Around the time of X-mas I had requested that I recive Battlefront. Sometime before X-mas my mom asked me if I wanted the Multiplayer part. So basically they were selling both around here. They really are imports, maily from Japan. So they do exsist. I checked on Ebay and they aren't there anymore but supposedly there were a lot there.

Well... then like Nile said... you've already answered your own question. You bought a version with only single player, and that's all it is. If you wanted multiplayer, you should have bought the full version. Why you would expect them to release multiplayer for a single player-only version (considering it costs significantly less, I mean they're not going to cut the price and the game in half and then give you the full game later in a patch without pay), is puzzling...
