Cannot import Kotor1 models?

i attempted to add The Obi-wan ep1 hilt from that person who i cant remember his name lol

 

but this ended in failure, i was thinking that Kotor1 and Kotor2 use the same exact types of files, but i was wrong, because i crashed in attempting to equip the lightsaber

 

(i was trying this because one of the PC heads looks ALOT like Ep2 Obi-Wan hehe)

 

so is there a way to import this model?

Kotor 1 models will crash TSL. Do not try to use them in TSL.
