I got x wing alliance a bit ago and things were going great! but then I got up to the level when the hurrim start attacking civ transports, and i've tried hundreds of times and cant do it, I can't skip it, can anyone help by doing anything other than giving me a strategy guide! like copying their game file and sending it me,anything!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can skip up to 3 missions in the game, you know. But don't give up. It's hard (maybe the hardest mission in the game), but it is possible. Just get behind a few of them and blow them away when they change sides quickly. Then monitor the ships they are attacking and set your strategy based on that. Also, link all guns for maximum damage.

tell your wingman to attack "Targeted craft type" otherwise they will keep on trying to disable the transports.

 

I think this mission is actaully buggy, becasue why would you disbel a trasport you need ot keep alive when there are enmies trying to destroy them.

Also, don't attack any transports that need to be disabled, or it will be easier for the Hurrim to destroy the ship.
