Lorden Darkblade
Ok, it has some time since I made a saber I'm wanting to make each saber color use a specific model. Example: Red uses one, Blue uses one and so on and so forth... The same would be done for Short and Double-Sabers. Now, the question is, what files I have to change and to what names? Mav
It all depends, if you just want to change the model of the saber or the .uti as well? If it is just the models than it is as simple as renaming .mdl and .mdx files. rename the files of the custom saber models to the following: w_lghtsbrXXX.mdl/.mdx XXX = number and color: 001 = blue 002 = red 003 = green 004 = yellow 005 = violet 006 = malakmodel 007 = cyan 008 = orange 009 = viridian 010 = silver not sure about 007-010 they are the right colors just not sure if they match the right number Also if your custom models color doesn't match the one you are replacing you will need to hex edit the color
Lorden Darkblade
Thanks a lot for the quick reply maverick187 I'll just change the models, the saber will still be the default stats with different hilts... Those original hilts get annoying after a while...
