Handmaiden jedi mission

Ok, so i was talking to the handmaiden when i finally got her to train to be a jedi, Kreia then say's "betrayer" and then i am transported to the telos jedi academy and there is no one there. So i go to Atris's meditation chamber and it says something like "the door is cold to touch and there seems to be no coventional means to open it". Also did i mention the place is abandoned and nobodys there. Has anyone else experienced this and what do you do.

That is the infamous "Make Handmaiden a Jedi" glitch. You do everything fine, but it's just the game that messes up. Kreia will say "Betrayal," but then the game screws up. It is supposed to take you to the Telos Academy, but only for you to see a cutscene.

 

Atris will be shocked and also say, "Betrayal."

 

Afterwards, you'll be back aboard the Ebon Hawk, with the addition of a new Jedi Handmaiden.

 

There's nothing you can do about it . Just reload to a previous save and try again, and hope the game doesn't mess up.

That happened to me as well, I just loaded to a previous save game. Do you notice that the game decides to lock up whenever you haven't saved for a very long time?

Yeah, it does lock up after playing for a long time w/o saving, I found that out too... the hard way then

 

Just do like I do, save every 40/45 minutes.

Doing this may also come in hand if you want to make some "special modifications yourself" to certain savegames using KSE.

If you f*ck around and screw up your savegame then you always have the one from 40/45 minutes earlier
