Help With Controls, How do I drop an item once I pick it up

After i hit shift+P to pick an item up what do I hit to drop it incase I am attacked?

Press Shift-D (or Shift-R?) to drop it. Is it? Hmm, can't clearly remember.

Btw, just look for joystick.txt for the complete key listing.
