Jeff
I am trying to get Revan's robes to be completely black. So, I simply filled the texture in completely with black, and it nearly turned out how I wanted it. The problem is that the breastplate is metallic, and I want to get rid of this. I'm guessing that to do this I would have to edit the .txi file, though I wouldn't know how to go about doing this. Thanks for your help in advance. Delete the alpha channel in the texture. That'll get rid of the shininess. The environment map uses the alpha channel in the texture for that, the more black the more intense shine. A blank/white alpha channel would produce no shine at all.

What application do you use to modify the texture? If it doesn't support editing alpha channels, simply save the texture as a 24 bit TGA instead, that should get rid of the alpha channel since it's stored in those last 8 bits.
