Liverandbacon
I've been trying to use Kotor tool's module editor, and it always ends up saying something like "Cannot open MapInfo.bfd" whenever I try it. Does anyone know what is going wrong?
Jeff
I don't know if this is the problem or not, but do you have the latest update for KT? Mine says v1.0.900.40262.
Liverandbacon
I think I do, because I asked it to check for updates yesterday, and it said none were available.
Jeff
Well then I can't think why it wouldn't work. I know I get an error every once in a while (well, actually almost every time) when I try to open up a .uti or.utc file, but mine lets me continue and then I just go to open it up again. Sometimes the error happens multiple times before I can open it up. I guess try to open it again and if you get the error just say OK and open it again. If that's not the case and you're not getting the same error as me, then I don't know what to tell you.
Liverandbacon
Unfortunately, it didn't work, but thanks for trying to help.
Jeff
This probably isn't it, but are you trying to open the right type of file? Just by what the error said, that might be a possibility.
Fred Tetra
Welcome, UOHPU! This problem has been addressed and will be fixed in the next public (non-VIP user) release. In the future, please ask Kotor Tool related questions in its thread here so that others may benefit from finding questions and answers in the same place.
