Okay, I've tried running KOTOR tool to edit an armor to make the characters look like Malak and Revan, thus far with no luck. I'm not sure exactly which files I'd need to extract or even if getting the armor with the cloaks is even possible. Any help would be appreciated, a tutorial even more so.

You need go open up the .utc section of TSL and find the files for the party members you are wanting to replace. Then save those files to your override inside another folder named something you can remember. Then if you have KOTORtool set to open up .utc files automatically double click the file(s) one at a time that you extracted. If not assigned to open right click on the file and choose "open with" and then choose kotortool to open the files of that type.

 

Then when the .utc pops up in kotortool you can edit the characters "appearance" and change it to whatever you want to then. (just be careful as the Malek character has few animations for fighting) You choose a Master Flurry and he sorta stands there doing nothing while the enemies power meter goes down.

 

You can also add class/feats/powers etc. in the .utc file. The UTC files are in the BIFS section in the pull down.
