K_Kinnison Posted May 12, 2000 Share Posted May 12, 2000 Well i think what is happing is that they want all the bugs to be worked out of the design, and they keep adding ships to it. I think it might also be dead, and that there might not be a NCA 1.3 There are pleanty of other ships floating around there, but a project as complex as the NCA takes a lot of time.
