The Star Wars ships use plasma to power their lasers, similar to phasers, Oh, and 2 words, Sun Crusher. A phaser wouldnt even harm it! It took a black hole to destroy it! Oh, and hyperspace literally creates a Worm Hole. The ST universe hased to find one, while the SW ones CREATE one.
