I know this has probably been brought up before but why when I kill Visquis in the refugee sector does he later summon me to meet him? Quite a major flaw in the game there.

That isn't Visquis in the refugee sector. Unfortunately, the devs only make one Quarren texture, so they all look the same (literally). You'll find more in the Pazaak den, but that doesn't mean that they are Visquis too (interestingly, they included the KotOR Quarren to shake things up a bit).

The one in the refugee sector is kown as Sasquesh (sp?) the one who is the boss at the Jekk Jekk Tarr is known as Visquis

Then there is a Quarren playing Pazzak in the bar area along with an old K1 Quarren model
