Skip Peragus Mod Problem

I'm new here, so I'm not even sure if this is in the right spot. I downloaded the skip peragus mod, and it won't work for me. I followed the readme, but all it will let me do is access the computer and choose the gender/alignment of Revan and the alignment of the exile. After that it just returns to normal. I'm not sure what is wrong. I think it may have to do with the file type. Do I need to download something else to make it work? I unzipped the package with winzip and put everything in the correct folder. Please help!

Did the game spawn your party in the Peragus docking bay and then freeze? Are you using messkell's version of the mod? If so then it's probably the mod itself and not anything that you've done wrong. Try using SuperSquall's mod instead. There's a little more Peragus time involved, but it should work for you.

O_o, my comp always freezes when i use that mod but all ihave to do is hit esc, wait for the screen to come up then hit esc again and it'll work.

 

and i assume that he means that as soon as he gives all the info for skipping peragus, revan's alignment/sex, kreia/atton influence etc it comes off the screen but instead of being spawned at the Ebon Hawk he just stays where he was. i never came across THAT problem before...

 

humm... I assume if its SuperSquall's one I'd say you did something wrong, I don't know but maybe the 'Source' folder had something to do with it. the only problem that I know about is that either picking male or female for Revan's gender he's ALWAYS male... meh I'm not much help am I? I'd say wait for the Pros to waltz in

Nothing freezes, it just doesn't do anything. I put it in the override folder. It asks the questions on the console and nothing happens. Where can I get another version?

I tried the mod you suggested, but the problem I have is the first you describe: the game spawn the party in the Peragus docking bay and then freeze. This happen with SuperSquall's mod.

 

Someone know how to fix this problem please?

Yeah, I am using the Messkell version. I'll give the other one a try.

i use supersqualls mod and it works fine for me, it should move you to the hawks hanger bay but then freezes mouse movement for me, all i have to do it hit escape and it goes back to normal

I reinstalled the mod after having cleaned the override directory and now work as you said: when the party is teleported on pereagus docking bay, hitting esc the game unlock.

I suppose that the freeze is due to a message dialog for the object received that never appear and with esc, the windows close.

I was gonna tell you to do the ESC thingie to "unfreeze" the party characters but looks like you guys have it under wraps.
