How do you get romance with Handmaiden?

That's it, don't expect more, 'cause there isn't any. The romance options in TSL are really poor in comparison to KotOR. Part of that is also the cut content. Other part is overall bland npc's stories.

There was probably supposed to be more but they either just didnt have time to create it or it got cut before the final version came out.

I doubt it. The devs emphatically stated that there wouldn't be any romances in TSL long before it was finished. In fact, I was surprised to see what little flirting there was in the game.
