Well, that game is Star Wars Galaxies. In a bold move, SOE are looking to charge extra for add-ons to the free play, such as extra weapons, game levels but the cost of this hasn't been mentioned. Galaxies is going through yet more massive changes and again the community are protesting on servers, with the official forums publishing Protest guidelines and warning players with bans. With the free to play coming in on November 15, marking the date of the new changes, we can only wait and see what will happen.
