I am trying to make a set of revans robes (the ones with hood but no mask) for my female characters, using redhawkes female model, but have no idea how to make it so the head will always be your characters. I havn't found a tutorial that explains this, so can someone lead me to one? Or explain what i have to do?

oops this is for k1. i always forget that people arn't mind readers. To keep things as simple as possible, i just copied the redhawke line in appearence .2da, as it used a female revan model already. what i want to do now, is make the new line (224 or something) into a disguise. The .uti is easy, i can do all that, the problem is making it into a disguise that doesn't replace the head with another one, or none at all. I know it is possible to make a disguise with changing head, i just don't know how

Wrong line to copy for this... that is a line for an NPC, not a player character.

You would be better off just refrencing the Female Revan Cutscene appearance.2da line as it is set up for this already, set your disguise property to that one (Line 372).

Use that line for the Stock black Revan's Robes, if you want to use a custom texture then you will need to copy line 372 to the bottom of your appearance.2da and place your custom Revan texture tga name in the 'racetex' cell. Then it will use that cutscene model as a disguise but put your custom texture on it. That is of course if it works.

You will also need to limit the robe to be able to be worn by Females Only or else strange things will happen. ;)

Of course you can just skip the complicated disguises and edit the appearance.2da to give the PC's the hooded cutscene Revan Model, this is simple.

Open appearance.2da and on the following Female PC lines 91-135 in the cell modelj enter N_DarthRevanF, and on the following Male PC lines 136-180 in the cell modelj enter N_DarthRevanM and then save it. This will make all Revan's robes use the model you want on your PC. And life much easier on you. ;)

You will need a texture to replace the Star Forge Robes as it doesn't have parts skinned, but you just need a Revan Robe skin to drop into override to replace it named PMBJ02.tga, there are many floating around out there or you can make your own. You can then easily add more robe texture variants by naming them PMBJ03.tga, PMBJ04.tga, etc.

I hope this helps! :D
