KOTOR I Starmap Settings

How do you set the Starmap counter to 10, 20, 30, etc.?

 

There is a spot on Manaan where I am entering the Republic

Embassy, and a movie begins. Then the movie and the screen

both freeze up, and nothing happens. I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL

and stop the KOTOR process to get my computer running again.

 

I tried doing the Configure Hardware thing in the KOTOR game

menu, but it showed no problems there. I am not in Stealth mode

right before I enter the Embassy, and I haven't tried to switch

party members yet. I'd like to set my Starmap counter to 30

so I can go to another planet and not get perma-stuck on Manaan.

 

Any tips?
