Great Jedi Knight Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 I am not sure if that correct place to post but here go. When I installed KOTOR I but before I patched up game that remove files in override folder, I look at PFH(A, B, and C)xxx.TPC , PFH(A, B, C)xxxx.TPC. Are they memory leak? What did TPC. Are files are all same size and same thing. Did they contain nothing?
The_Maker Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 .tpc files are the files that Kotor and TSL use for textures, Kotor Tool has the option to convert tpc files to tga files and allow themd to be used for editing. I do not think the game put them there on its own. Do you have Kotor Tool installed? And if so have you extracted/modded any files with PMC, PMB, PMH, PFC, PFB, PFH in the title? Those are used for the (N)PC bodies and armor models, as well as the head models.
svösh Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 The first install of kotor adds a few .tcp files to the freshly created override , after you patch it they either are deleted or , placed inside the game archives, because they are no longer there, either way , I would let the patch handle it and not delete them yourself. svösh
