For some reason I can't Aurora's Crazy rebalance to work so I'm kind of hoping someone can atleast give me this. And if I'm not mistaken, a mod of this type should activate during character creation, right? Since it's such a small mod to make, I've made one for you which you can get here. Unzip the folder somewhere (that is not in the game's override folder), run the "Fix Class Skills.exe" installer, select the folder your game is installed in when prompted, and it will fix the setting for the skills. Meaning Everyone can buy them for one point no matter then skill, so Guardians for instance can get repair for one point rather then two points.
