Help! my Game locks up when I try to join a server!!

Well every time I join a server and it gets to awating screenshot my game locks up I have my Firewall off and a Fast modem and it just locks up please some one help.

 

 

 

this game is brand new I got it like last week and its just started acting wierd recently.
