Help with PC Game

Whenever I load up the game, there is only a white screen with a series of black boxes along the bottom left corner. On the main meny, there is no background image. Also, when loading up any map, there is also a white screen with a series of black boxes along the bottom left corner.

 

I have tried reinstalling the game many times, but nothing seems to help. Any help solving this problem would be appreciated.

What are your system specs? I think your graphics card might be too old. Also, make sure you have updated drivers. Don't forget to update DirectX.
