In case you don't know, Duke is one of the people milky brought to the forums several months ago. He acted all right for a couple of days, but then spontaneously went off the rails into a full spamming/obscenity spree, something like what happened today (but a bit less severe). He was banned, but managed to return a couple of times with alternative IPs. He's stayed away for a few months now, but it's all too easy for him to switch IP or ISP and wreak yet more havoc.
