Should Marauder Corvette be Ither a Laser Corvette or Fighter or both?

I asked this cause Alot of places I hear that marauder corvette I a Resized Fighter so wanted to ask.

I like the idea of a marauder as a fast laser corvette, I mean it was always described as fast, weak, but high powered in things like the essential guide. It really feels like it was tacked on just to give the rebels space artillery. Of course its weird since I'm preety sure the broadside is completly new. Both of these units feel like they were put in to fill a void in gameplay really, I think the game still works if the Marauder is a fast turbolaser corvette, its intended purpose, I'll try modding it like that to see what happens.

The Wiki source says that the EAW Marauder is equipped with 4 concussion missile launchers.

Well I tryed it as Laser Corvette and it works fine so I will Mod it more and more as this poll forms
