General Solo
Well when I am playing KOTOR 1 or KOTOR 2, every 20 minutes or so that stupid error pops up and closes down the game, is their any way I can fix this or what? I already tried re-installing the game but that didn't help at all. So if anyone knows how to fix this problem then please tell me, this error is getting very annoying. RedHawke
While I'm not a technical expert, I do know that you will need to post far more info if you want any possible help... Read this before posting your problem!! Do as instructed in that thread and post your specs.
Darth_Tromos
I have the same problem, but It happens every time I start the game. This machine had run fine since I got KotORII, I recently Un-installed it to make room for FFXI, then re-installed once I did some "House cleaning". I played it after I re-installed it just fine. Then I saved it, turned off my comp, made a sandwich, watched some TV, came back, booted up my comp tried to open the game. It got to the LucasArts logo, so far so good, Obsidian, okay...The legal stuff with the picture of the sith...Wait, WTF!? The screen darkened and it displayed a windows error message! It has been a couple days and I am finally fed up with it. (P.S. I would haver followed the instructions for the driver thing, but I have and all-in-wonder, so I don't know if the Radeon instructions would apply) Here are my system specs ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ [OS] Name=WinXP Version=Windows XP v5.1 build 2600 Service Pack 2 Service Pack=Service Pack 2 Status=Pass [CPU] CPUCount=1 CPUSpeed=1492 CPUFamily=6 CPUModel=8 CPUStepping=1 CPUVendor=AMD CPUName=AMD Athlon XP 1800+ Status=Warning [Memory] RAM=512 Status=Pass [Disk Free Space] C: (NTFS), UNICODE=12.40GB Status=Pass [Video] Video Card Name=ALL-IN-WONDER RADEON 9600 SERIES Video Memory=128 Desktop Resolution=1024x768x32 @ 60Hz DirectX=DirectX 9.0c (4.09.00.0904) OpenGL Version=1.4.4103 WinXP Release OpenGL Vendor=ATI Technologies Inc.
