JRHockney*
I was playing with prompt commands and the settings in general and found some great settings to play on my own with. For those of you who have slower computers, this is your chance to see OJP Enhance saber combat at its greatest potential. Do the following things: 1. set all your JKA graphics settings to the lowest you can. 2. Find the smallest dual map you can and choose a tabbot to fight. 3. go to you console and type in the following commands in any order: g_saberBladeFaces 1 d_saberInterpolate 2 sv_fps 100 (or 150) g_saberanimspeed .8 (or .9) With these settings, the sabers never go through anyone they hit unless they kill someone and every hit or saber collision appears to be blocked perfectly creating the most movie like combat of any starwars game ever!!!....um...probably!! The only time the saber does go through someone in this case is when those stupid protruding blocking anims activate and stick right through your enemy if they are too close. Man, I cant wait till we change those animations!!! I wonder if the staff (single) blocking anims would be a good substitute until keshires anims are finally installed? I would not recommend anyone these setting on a server unless it is the fastest server known to man and your sure everyone has a fast computer. razorace
My experience has been that players REALLY don't like it when you play with the saber animation speeds. People FREAKED when I lowered it to .7.

Either way, its just an extra way to make the hit detection even better. I suppose a the lowest settings, you could even set it to 1.2 and it would be fine.
