Männiken Bleiwa
Hello Everyone! Steiner's Modding Group is proud to announce the release of the Advanced Units Modification Version 2.2 for Empire at War! Why v. 2.2? Version 1.0 was developed for the german version only and evolved to the point that it is at now. So we decided to translate the whole thing and bring it to the users of the english version also. We hope you enjoy it! For your feast, there are some screenshots, and the readme included with the downloaded .zip contains installation instructions and changes that were made to gameplay and units. Units like the MC80a Cruiser were added, the Venator and V-Wing are back in service from the Clone Wars (and the demo, for that matter). Galactic Conquest has a new campaign and the build times for structures and units have been tweaked. Enjoy! Screens: Screen1 Screen2 Screen3 Screen4 Screen5 And the the download link: click here! Any suggestions, problemreports/bugreports, critics and of course compliments are welcome. Either by PM or replies in this thread. And for the future, we work on a project to bring back the feeling of Star Wars: Rebellion to Empire at War: Awakening of the Rebellion. So stay tuned. FuzzySmurf
one suggestion... only include files that have been modified... im noticing that practically every file in the meg files is in that zip file... including all the campaign_story and sfx xml's along with a whole slew of lua's and dds and dialog txts... that would reduce the size significantly and would aid in the installation process
