Giving Droidekas A Helping Hand

Using the mod tools, would it be possible to:

 

a.) Increase the timer of a droidekas shields so that they can stay on longer.

 

and/or

 

b.) Increase the number of them that can participate in one battle.

 

 

 

If it is possible, what files would need to be edited? Thanks!
