random mod items?

once you made your own mod weapon or armor can it randomly appear in the game or do u need to use the cheat to obtain the item or items everytime u want them.

Yes... In order to get your new item in the game you likely will have to 'cheat' it in or you can use KSE.

 

Only some rare instances do modder made items show up in the stock game, but you would have to use the item naming conventions of the game, or somesuch.
