Lit Ridl Posted June 4, 2006 Share Posted June 4, 2006 I have made new blaster pistol model. I have created my10.mdl; my10.mdx; my10.txi; my10.tga; my10.uti. Models looks working. Textures too. I have based it on standard blaster pistol (as I remember g_w_blstrpstl001). I have changed it to my new model rename in the same maner. I think problem is in model variation. T7nowhere Posted June 4, 2006 Share Posted June 4, 2006 unless you want to create a new baseitem, just use the games default model names. So for your blaster pistol you would name the model files w_BlstrPstl_xxx.mdl & w_BlstrPstl_xxx.mdx, xxx being the model variation. By naming the model that you can use the baseitem 12 in the uti and in the model variation node(of the uti) use the number you named your model.
